No, my friend...It's a Chinese company. So when there're publishers overseas who are willing to buy the copyright, they will be released to western countries. But sadly there's few (very few)... ;(

If anyone can do it, it would probably be Verizon, as they've already managed to snag some previously unavailable games to the Western Market. ;)
